Creamy Chocolate Overnight Oats with Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

This decadent dish is perfect for breakfast or a late night dessert. Yes you need to wait overnight to enjoy it, but it's worth it! Almond Maple Cacao paleo blend for crunch. Thanks to Food Stylist, Nadia Eves for creating this recipe for us.


Recipe


Chocolate overnight oats (set overnight):

1/2c oats

2/3c milk of choice

2T cacao powder

1T maple

1/2t vanilla extract

Mix ingredients together and leave overnight


Vanilla chia pudding (set overnight):

1c milk of choice

4T chia seeds

1T maple

1/2t vanilla extract

Mix ingredients together and leave overnight


Layer oats and chia pudding into a bowl or glass and top with anything that takes your fancy.
