Simple As Bliss Balls
Looking for a lunchbox filler or after school snack? Try this recipe for nutritious and quick bliss balls or muesli bars. Double the recipe for muesli bars.
1 Cup Something to Crow About Muesli (Natural or Toasted blends)
½ Cup Dates
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (Melted)
Soak Dates in Warm Water for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Strain dates. Blitz in food processor until a date paste is formed.
Combine Something to Crow About Muesli, dates and melted Coconut Oil in a large bowl and stir until well combined.
Roll into balls of your size (ours made six medium sized balls) and refrigerate. These balls will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks- but don't count on it! They're too tasty.
